(NAFB) Your home may look a lot like the farm; a little bit of stuff here, some old, unused things over there—it’s all clutter—and AARP suggests you do something about it.
The older we get, the more unneeded items we may have. Although we tend to gain fewer possessions after age 50, many older people are also less likely to sell things or give them away. AARP Oklahoma State Director Sean Voskuhl says that’s where the AARP HomeFit Guide comes in.
And, he says there are many health benefits to decluttering.
Voskuhl says the same concepts can apply outside the home as well.
