(Greenfield) The Adair County Sheriff’s office reports two arrests.
25-year-old Layne Douglas Ruby, of Creston, was arrested April 4th and charged with Driving While License Denied/Revoked-OWI. Ruby was held on $1,000 bond.
On April 6th, 50-year-old Jason Edward Caldwell, of Stuart, was charged with Driving While Barred, Reckless Driving, and Defective Tires.
