(Corning) Two people face numerous drug charges stemming from a traffic stop in Adams County.
Adams County Deputies initiated the traffic stop at 175th and Elm Streets. The investigation led to the arrest of Curtis Tolbert Connell of Eagleville and Vicky Dearing of Osceola.
Authorities charged Tolbert with OWI, possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dearing faces charges of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver methamphetamine, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
