(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested Christopher Floyd Birdtail, 24, of Red Oak, on Sunday for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense. Birdtail was held in the Montgomery County Jail on $1,000 bond.
