Ramona Yates, 83, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, passed away March 8, 2022. A Graveside Service will be held Friday, March 18 at 11:00 a.m. at the Harlan Cemetery in Harlan, Iowa. Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan is in charge of arrangements.
