Mills County Sheriff’s Report

(Mills Co.) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests on Wednesday.

Rick Allan Smith, 35, of Elkhorn, Nebraska, was arrested at the Page County Jail on a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of OWI 1st. Bond was set at $5,000.

Henry Louis Hargrove Jr., 33, of Columbus, Mississippi, was arrested on Highway 34 for OWI 1st. Bond was set at $1,000.
