Mildred Chambers, 98, of Canby and the Fontanelle area passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at the Caring Acres Nursing and Rehab Center in Anita, Iowa.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at the Canby Friends Church, rural Casey, Iowa with burial in the Canby Cemetery. A luncheon will be held at the church following the burial. Online condolences may be left to the family at www.lambfuneralhomes.com.
The family will greet friends on Monday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Lamb Funeral Home in Fontanelle.

She is survived by her three daughters, Ronda Sueck of Atlantic, Mary Stoner (Rod) of Iowa Falls and Ranae Schelp (Bob) of Gilman, Iowa; four sons, Joe Chambers of Cadyville, New York, Bill Dean Chambers (Carla) of Harlem, Montana, Jerel Chambers of Plymouth, California and Royd Chambers (Barb) of Higginsville, Missouri; 15 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
