(Mills Co.) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office arrested Justin Kyle Volentine, 39, of Council Bluffs, on Wednesday for three counts of Controlled Substance Violation and five counts of Failure to Affix Drug Stamp. Bond was set at $47,000.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested Aysia Lariee Leibert, 27, of Bellevue, Nebraska, on Wednesday for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $2,000.
Edward Leon Milton, 44, was arrested Tuesday for Theft 1st, Failure to Provide Identification Information, and Open Container. Bond was set at $10,000.
Blaine Michael Clark, 23, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for Driving While Barred. Bond was set at $10.000.
