(Clarinda) The Page County Sheriff’s Office arrested 47-year-old Holly Ann Oliphant of Lenox at the Sheriff’s Office on a Page County Warrant for Violation of Probation. Authorities booked her in and held her on a $10,000 cash bond pending a future court appearance.
