(Dunlap) The Logan-Magnolia girls and Missouri Valley boys were team champs at Boyer Valley on Thursday.
The individual girls champ was Courtney Sporrer, of Logan-Magnolia. Boyer Valley’s Patrick Heffernan won the boys race.
Immediate coverage area teams involved were CAM and Exira-EHK.
The CAM boys placed 6th among seven scoring schools. Gavin Clayton led the Cougars in 11th. Carson Carey crossed the finish line 37th. Ben Bartlett was 47th, Rylan Oglesbee 50th, and Josiah Bartlett 55th.
The Exira-EHK boys didn’t have a team score. The Spartans had Treaven Hill-Borger run 36th while Levi Jessen was 58th.
Exira-EHK’s girls were 5th with 129 points. Ella Petersen led the Spartans in 18th. Kate Hansen was 31st, Macy Emgarten 34th, Ruby Vanderwal 35th, and Olivia Dixon 41st.
CAM placed 6th in the girls team scoring with 133 points. Lindsey Chaney was CAM’s first runner in at #21. Carly Dennis placed 25th. Mia South placed 36th, Ellen Gerlock 39th, Lydia Rouse 40th, and Elizabeth Rouse 42nd.
