(Des Moines) The Iowa Department of Public Health’s weekly data shows 582 additional positive cases of COVID-19 in Region 4 from Wednesday, September 1 through Wednesday, September 8.
Over the past seven days, the Iowa Department of Public Health reports 267 new positive tests in Pottawattamie County, 81 in Crawford County, 53 in Page County, 30 in Harrison County, 24 in Mills County, 17 in Cass County, 46 in Shelby County, 39 in Montgomery County, 18 in Fremont County, 5 in Audubon County, and two new positive tests in Adams County.
IDPH also reports two additional deaths in Pottawattamie County.

In Region 1, the IDPH reports 27 additional positive cases of COVID-19 in Guthrie County, (1,444 total positive tests) (32 deaths). The IDPH reports 10 additional positive cases in Adair County, (1,071 total positive tests) (32 deaths).
