(Mills Co.) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office arrested James Thomas Hume, 33, of Sidney, on Tuesday on a warrant for Probation Violation. Bond was set at $5,000.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested Stephen Richard August Begbie, 33, of Glenwood, on August 31st for Failure to Appear on the charge of Driving While Revoked. Bond was set at $10,000.
