Fern Hoffman, age 83, of Anita, Iowa, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021, at Atlantic Specialty Care in Atlantic, IA.
Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, September 10, 2021, at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Anita, IA. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Anita, IA. Lunch will be held after the committal service and will be held at Anita Community Center.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. with family present on Thursday, September 9, 2021, at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home, former Hockenberry Family Care Funeral Home in Anita, IA.
Memorials may be given to the Hoffman Family to designate to charities at a later date.
