(Atlantic) The Cass County Conference Board is meeting later today to appoint a new Cass County Assessor possibly. The new appointment follows the resignation of former county Assessor Brenda Nelson, who resigned last May.
The meeting starts at 5:00 p.m. at the Cass County Courthouse. The Conference Board will address the restructuring of the Assessor’s Office before the appointment.
