(Spirit Lake, IA) — A woman is jailed on one-million dollars bond in connection with a body found last December in Lake Park. Dickinson County prosecutors say 26-year-old Allison Decker is charged with the first-degree murder of 25-year-old Angel Bastman. Decker was arrested in Woodbury County and transferred to Spirit Lake. The criminal complaint says Decker had property that belonged to Bastman and witnesses said she was in Lake Park at the time of Bastman’s death. The medical examiner determined Bastman died of a homicide.
