(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports one controlled substance arrest, a probation violation arrest, and OWI.
Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 26-year old Edward Lee Roy Burton Jr. of Atlantic on Monday, on a Cass County Warrant for a controlled substance violation. Officers transported Burton to the Cass County Jail.
Deputies arrested 36-year old Trevor Kyle Benge of Stanton on Wednesday for violation of probation. Benge was transported to the Cass County Jail and held on bond.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office also reports the arrest of 24-year old Connor Nathaniel Burg of Council Bluffs for OWI 1st and driving under suspension. Burg was transported to Cass County Jail and was later released on his own recognizance.
