(Ankeny, IA) — A 42-year-old customer is accused of threatening to blow up a McDonald’s restaurant when he didn’t receive dipping sauce for his chicken McNuggets. Robert Golwitzer Junior had taken his order home Saturday afternoon when he realized the dipping sauce was missing. When he called to complain he allegedly made the threat. Ankeny police say Golwitzer admitted making the threat. He was booked into the Polk County Jail and released on bond Sunday. He’s charged with felony false report of explosive or incendiary device.
