(Red Oak) A Red Oak man is in custody on burglary charges.
Red Oak Police arrested 28-year old Justin Lewis Marsden early this morning in the 300 block of Broad Street for 3rd – Degree Burglary, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Officer’s transported Marsden to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $5,000 bond.
