Treynor and Clarinda finish 1-2 at Shenandoah Golf Sectional

(Shenandoah) In Class 2A postseason golf on Friday the Treynor and Clarinda boys each advanced to next week’s district round. Treynor led the field with a 322. Clarinda edged Underwood by one stroke for the final team spot. Shenandoah and Tri-Center were each in the hunt as just six strokes separated the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th place teams.

Three individuals move on that were not part of a team qualifier. They include Coby Fink (Underwood), Carter Ruzek (Shenandoah), and Grant Way (Tri-Center).
