(Essex) A Red Oak man was arrested in Page County for OWI 1st Offense. The Page County Sheriff’s Office says at approximately 12:04 a.m. on Thursday Deputies stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Highway 48 and Central Street in the city limits of Essex for a traffic infraction. During the stop 21-year-old Quinn Robert Hall was arrested for OWI 1st Offense. Hall was transported to the Page County Sheriff’s Office for further testing. He was booked into the Page County Jail on $1,000 bond pending further court proceedings. Hall was also cited for Speeding.
