Fremont County Charged with Violating Sex Offender Registry

(Sidney) A Fremont County man faces numerous charges in connection with violating the conditions of the sex offender registry.

Fremont County Sheriff Kevin Aistrope says 36-year old Zachary Michael Anderson was arrested on Monday for two counts of Violating a Protection Order (Simple Misdemeanors) and three counts of Violating the Conditions of the Sex Offender Registry 2nd or Subsequent Offense (Class D Felony).

Anderson is being held without bond pending an initial appearance with the Fremont County Magistrate.
