(Glenwood) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 33-year-old Jack Ray Winchel, of Omaha, NE.
Winchel was arrested Sunday at 1:22 p.m. on a charge of Domestic Abuse Assault.
He was held on no bond.
