(Bayard) A Guthrie County woman was arrested early this (Monday) morning after striking two vehicles and a house.
The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25-year old Ashley Faith Andrews of Bayard for Failure to Maintain Control, Driving with a Revoked License, Open Container as a driver, and Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance.
According to the report, Andrews struck the front of a legally parked 2007 Nissan Sentra, causing it to collide with a legally parked 2018 Honda Civic Sport. Subsequently, Andrews turned south and struck a house at 304 3rd Street. Andrews allegedly backed up to the west and struck a fence.
Arriving deputies found Andrews sitting in a garage at a residence nearby. Deputies discovered a half-full, open 12-ounce alcoholic beverage in the center console and a 15 pack of “Natural Ice” missing five cans.
The House, owned by Donald Olesen, received $50,000 damage. The three vehicles sustained a total of $16,000 damage, and a fence belonging to Michael Jacquard, of Bayard, received $1,000 damage.
