John Alan Jessen, 66, son of Leonard and Dixie Jessen was born on June 14, 1954 in Atlantic, IA, and passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Caring Acers Nursing Home in Anita, IA.
A graveside service will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Evergreen Cemetery, Anita, IA.
Arrangements are being held by the staff at Hockenberry Funeral Home, Anita IA.
He is survived by his father Leonard and stepmother Darlene Jessen; sister LeAnn (Allen) Josephsen and Barbara (Chuck) Poiroir, and Melissa Appenzeller; children John (Rachel) Jessen Jr., and Corinne Jessen; granchildren Mason, Khana, Riley and Wyatt.
