(Glenwood) The Glenwood Police Department arrested Robert Rusco, 64, of Glenwood, on Monday on four Mills County warrants. The warrants were for one count of Ongoing Criminal Conduct and three counts of Fraudulent Sales Practices. Rusco was held on $50,000 cash or surety bond.
