(Creston) Creston Police arrested three people in separate incidents on Tuesday.
*Police arrested 36-year old Ray Brunner of Creston at his residence on a simple assault charge. Officers cited Brunner and released him on a summons to appear.
*Police arrested 37-year old Jaime Torres of Creston at 801 Laurel Street (Dollar Tree), on a Union County Warrant for Violation of a Protective Order. He was taken into custody and held in the Union County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.
*Police arrested 36-year old Jonathan Jackson of Orangeburg, South Carolina, at 703 West Taylor Street (Dollar General Store) for 5th-degree theft. Officer’s cited and released Jackson at the scene on a summons to appear.
