(Adair Co.) A Des Moines man was arrested by Stuart Police on November 15th for Theft in the 5th Degree and Violation of a No Contact Order. According to the report, 43-year-old Patrick Lee Karnes was released on his own recognizance.
In other activity, the Iowa State Patrol arrested 63-year-old Jeffery Allen Jennings, of West Des Moines, on November 21st for OWI 1st Offense. Jennings was held in the Adair County Jail on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
