(Creston) The latest Creston Police report includes a break-in and one arrest.
Police arrested 28-year old Rogelio Olovera Martinez of Creston at his residence on Saturday. Officer’s charged Martinez with Domestic Abuse Assault with Injury, 1st Offense. Authorities released him from the Union County Jail on a Promise to Appear.
Police received a report of a break-in from Glen Gates, of 1124 County Highway P27, Diagonal. During the night of November 20, or early morning of November 21, Gates told authorities that someone broke into his vehicle while it was parked at 118 Manor Drive and stole 3 semi-automatic pistols from the vehicle: A Kahr 9mm, M&P Bodyguard .380, and a SCCY CPX-3 .380. The loss is estimated at $938.00.
