(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports four arrests.
Sonny Duran Gulesian, 26, of Miami, Florida, was arrested following a traffic stop on November 14th. Gulesian was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with operating while intoxicated, prohibited acts penalties, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and turning from improper lane.
Robert Joseph Bogler, 66, of Harlan was arrested following a traffic stop on November 14th. Bogler was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with operating while intoxicated, tampering with an interlock device, open container, violations of a restricted license, and failure to maintain control.
Rebecca Ann Boruff, 36, of Harlan was arrested following a call for service on November 6th. Boruff was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with assault.
Rebecca Boruff was arrested again on November 9th following a call for service. Boruff was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with public intoxication.
