(Greenfield) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested two men on alcohol-related charges.
According to the report, late Friday night, Stuart Police arrested 63-year old Charles Lyn Davis of Casey at the Kum-and-Go Store in Stuart for OWI 3rd Offense. The arrest stems from a disturbance earlier at the McDonald’s Restaurant in Stuart. Davis was arrested for OWI on two previous occasions in Guthrie County in 2009 and Union County in 2016. He was freed on a $5,000 cash or surety bond.
In a separate incident, 40-year old Michael Lynn Huddleson of Fontanelle was taken into custody on November 8 following a traffic stop on Highway 92 in Fontanelle for traveling 82 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone. Huddleson was released later that day on a $2,000 cash bond.
