Creston Police Report three arrests

(Creston) Creston Police arrested three people on separate charges.

*Police arrested 27-year old Mariah Kay Bernita Swanson of Creston on Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear. Officers transported Swanson to the Adams County jail.

*Police arrested 25-year old Indra Bahadur Guragai at his residence in Creston on Wednesday for Public Intoxication. Authorities transported Guragai to the Union County Jail. His bond is set at $300 cash or surety.

*Police arrested 27-year old Dustin Mitchell Boyd of Creston early this morning for OWI 1st offense. Authorities transported Boyd to the Union County Jail. He was released on bond.
