(Creston) Creston Police arrested 68-year old Mark Bagley of Creston at the Law Enforcement Center on Tuesday, on a Union County Warrant for Failure to Serve a Jail Sentence on the original charge OWI, 2nd Offense. Officers transported Bagley to the Union County Jail, where he is being held until the balance of his court-ordered time is served.
