(Clarinda) Clarinda Police Chief Keith Brothers said due to health & safety concerns associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the Clarinda Police Department will not be conducting Operation Blessing this year. Chief Brothers said this was a difficult decision to make, but the right one during this unprecedented situation.
