(Greenfield) The Greenfield City Council approved the Mayor’s signing of a Housing Grant at their meeting on Monday.
Greenfield City Clerk Becky Haase said, “The City of Greenfield was very happy and honored to be awarded a Housing Grant for 2020 in the amount of $252,200.”
Haase said they hope to rehab at least five houses in the City. She said they had six houses pre-approved and 20 on the waiting list. Improvements include things like siding, windows, roofs and furnaces.
