Shenandoah man being held on Theft, Burglary and other charges is served a warrant at the Jail

(Page Co.) A Shenandoah man was served a Page County arrest warrant at the Page County Jail on Monday.

The Page County Sheriff’s Office says Matthew Lawrence Magers is incarcerated on charges of Theft 2^nd Degree, Burglary 3^rd Degree, Interference with Official Acts, Trespass Resulting in Damage or Injury, and Criminal Mischief 5^th. These charges have a bond of $11,600 cash or surety. These charges were a result of a Shenandoah Police Department investigation and arrest of Magers on October 2nd.

The warrant that the Page County Sheriff’s Office served on Monday has a bond of $25,000 cash only. Total bond on Magers is $36,600. He is being held in the Page County Jail pending further court proceedings.
