(Creston) Creston Police report two arrests and one incident of vandalism.
Police arrested 37-year old Steven Lamer of Carter Lake on Tuesday, on the 500 block of S. Walnut Street for Trespass 1st Offense. He was released from the Union County Jail on a $300 bond.
Police arrested 28-year old Ocie Martinez, of Creston on Tuesday, at his residence for domestic assault-simple. He was held in the Union County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.
Creston Police received a report from Creston Automotive that sometime between 3:00 pm on 09/28/2020 and 1:30 pm on 09/29/2020; a vehicle located in the business lot was shot and damaged with what appeared to be a pellet or BB gun. The loss is estimated at $1,000.00.
