(Storm Lake) Harlan competed at Storm Lake’s Cross Country Meet on Tuesday and came home with plenty of hardware.
The Cyclone girls scored 38 points and won the meet by a wide margin. Harlan’s team total was comprised of Kaia Bieker in 3rd, Brecken VanBaale 4th, Liv Freund 6th, Abi Albertsen 10th, and Ellie Gross 15th. The Cyclones also had Olivia Anderson in 19th and Kennedy Kjergaard in 26th.
The Cyclone boys were 7th among 13 scoring teams. Trey Gross led Harlan with his individual championship in a time of 17:00. Mitchell Rueschenberg ran 18th, Kaiden Milliken 33rd, Joseph Bragg 53rd, Seth Anderson 57th, and Keaton Heilesen 60th.
