(Council Bluffs) Lewis Central tight end Thomas Fidone announced his college decision Wednesday evening. The top 50 recruit in the country chose Nebraska.
Fidone led Lewis Central in receiving last year with 39 catches for 576 yards and seven TD’s. He picked the Huskers over Iowa, Michigan, and LSU.
Fidone, who is considered one of the top tight ends in the country for the Class of 2021, made his announcement in a special TV production on KETV. He’s the third major division one commitment from Lewis Central in the past few years, joining lineman Logan Jones (Iowa) and quarterback Max Duggan (TCU).
