(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Board of Supervisors at Tuesday’s meeting set September 22 as the bid letting date for the cash rent of the 114.5-acre County Farm. This must be posted in the paper no more than 20 days and no less than 10 days before the bid letting. This has been a three-year lease in past years.
The bids will be opened at 9:15 a.m. on September 22.
Additionally, the supervisors approved the abatement of taxes for the County Farm in the amount of $5,316.00.
