(Audubon, IA) — The Audubon football opened their season with a huge 74-30 win at Remsen St. Mary’s this week and Aiden Kjergaard found out his 2nd home is the end zone. The Junior QB rushed for 7 touchdowns and threw for two more and for that he is the GG Harris Farm Bureau KSOM Player of the Week.
Kjergaard ran for 298 yards and scored from 37, 58, 17, 2,23, 55 and 3 yards. Plus he threw a 59 yard TD pass to Jorgen Nowatzke and a 9 yard TD pass to Hudson Hocker.
Kjergaard says they gave up a couple of scores to Remsen early in the game but settled down and played Wheeler football
