(Colesburg) The Iowa State Patrol identified the woman who suffered serious injuries when struck by a vehicle driven by a 14-year-old driver.
According to the report, a 14-year-old male, whose name was not released, was driving a 2004 Toyota Highlander and struck 59-year-old Paige Beasley, of Colesburg, in her front yard at 420 Franklin Street.
Authorities say University of Iowa AirCare transported Beasley to University of Iowa Hospitals for treatment of injuries.
The Iowa State Patrol was assisted by the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office and the Colesburg and Earlville ambulance services.
