(Red Oak) A Red Oak man faces felony election misconduct charges.
On Wednesday, Montgomery County Deputies arrested 36-year-old Joseph Christopher Norris on the charge of Election Misconduct in the first degree, a Class C Felony. The case stems from an incident that occurred in November of 2024.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was assisted with the investigation by the State Attorney General’s Office.
Deputies transported Norris to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and held him on a $5,000 bond.
