(Atlantic) Kuemper Catholic shot a 181 to win the girls’ golf triangular at the Nishna Hills Golf Course in Atlantic on Monday. Denison-Schleswig claimed the second-place score of 197, and Atlantic followed close behind with a 198.
Addy Beiter medaled, and Elsa Tiefenthaler finished runner-up medalist with a 41 and 42, respectively. Addison Tigges finished fifth with a 48, and Glada Lujano finished 10th while carding a 50.
Tanna Petersen led the Monarchs with a fourth-place 48, Emily Gehlsen sixth with a 49, Mya Schwarte, and Ella Bahnsen rounded out the scoring with 50s, placing eighth and ninth, respectively.
Makenna Schroeder led Atlantic with a third-place 45, Nevaeh Fewson finished seventh with a 50, Madison McLaren finished 11th with a 51, and Mary Leonard finished 12th with a 52. Hope Harmmontree carded a 55 for 14th place, and Reese Ball shot 56 and finished 16th.
