(Red Oak) A Villisca man faces assault charges.
Montgomery County Deputies on Thursday night arrested 43-year-old Jan Charles Posten of Villisca for domestic Assault Impeding Blood Flow, Obstruction of Emergency Communications, and two counts of Child Endangerment. Authorities transported Posten to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on no bond.
In a separate case on Thursday, Montgomery County Deputies arrested 41-year-old Aaron Lucas Allen of Red Oak on a warrant for Contempt of Court, on an original charge of violating a no-contact order. Deputies transported Allen to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on no bond.
