(Glenwood) The Glenwood Police Department reports two recent arrests.
Madison Elaine Elings, 18, of Glenwood, was arrested on April 3. She faces charges of possession of marijuana, first offense; operating while intoxicated, first offense; driving under suspension; and failure to provide proof of financial liability.
In a separate incident, officers arrested Noah Christian Handley, 46, of Glenwood, on April 7. He was charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense, and interference with official acts.
