(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Thomas Dean Schroder, 63, of Oakland, on April 2nd on the charges of Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Drug Trafficking-5GM to 100GM Meth, and Drug Tax Stamp Violations. Schroder was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
