(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports three recent arrests.
Mikel Ann Erickson, 35, of Lewis, was arrested on March 26th on the charge of Assault. Erickson was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and later released on a guilty plea.
Troy James Walker, 34, of Atlantic, was arrested on March 28th for Theft 2nd Degree $1,500 < $10,000, and Obstruction Prosecution/Defense. Walker was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on bond.
Robin Diane Loring, 70, of Lewis, was arrested on April 1st for OWI – 1st Offense. Loring was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and later released on her own recognizance.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
