(Audubon) The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office released its late arrest report for March. According to the press release on the Audubon County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, the following six arrests were made from March 5 through March 30.
*The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office charged Thomas Berry, age 51 of Cumberland, with one count of Criminal Mischief 4th on March 5th. He appeared before the magistrate on March 10. The charge stems from a situation in the 100 block of North Cottage in Exira on February 28.
*Louisa Pedraza, age 32 of Shelby, was arrested on March 12 for Operating While Under the Influence, 1st offense. She was released on her own recognizance and appeared before the magistrate the following week. Her charge stems from an accident in the area of Bluebird Ave and 250th Street.
*Jack Johnston, age 32 of Clifton, Colorado, was arrested on March 12 for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance- Marijuana 1st. He was released on his own recognizance and appeared before the magistrate the following week. His charges stem from the above accident in the area of Bluebird Ave and 250th Street.
*Timothy Snyder, age 48 of Elk Horn, was arrested on March 24 for Operating While Under the Influence- 1st, Possession of Controlled Substance- 3rd or Subsequent, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He appeared before the magistrate and was held until he later posted bond. The charges stem from a traffic stop in the area of Littlefield Drive and Highway 71.
*Justin Kohl, age 39 of Kimballton, was arrested on March 29 on outstanding warrants for Possession of Controlled Substance-2nd offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Failure to Affix Drug Stamp. He appeared before the magistrate and was held. The charges stem from an incident on January 2 in the area of 210th Street and Yellowwood Rd.
*Jerry Schoon, age 37 of Gray, was arrested on March 30 for Operating While Under the Influence-2nd, Open Container, and Failure to Maintain Control. He appeared before the magistrate and was held. The charges stem from an accident at 110th and Goldfinch Ave.
