(Creston) The Creston Police Department reported four arrests over the weekend. The arrests range from drug possession charges, burglary, and driving while revoked charges.
On March 27.
Police arrested 34-year-old Juan Carlos Troconiz Atencio of Creston, who was arrested at the intersection of Townline and Cottonwood for driving with a revoked license, suspended, cancelled, or revoked. Atenico cited and released on a Promise to Appear.
Creston Police arrested 20-year-old Zeven Michael Lemon of Creston at the intersection of Pine and Townline for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, 1st Offense. Lemon was cited and released on a Promise to appear.
On March 28th.
Creston Police arrested 43-year-old Michaela Frances Cooney, of Creston, at the Union County Law Enforcement Center, on an outside agency warrant, for a probation violation. The warrant stems from charges of attempted burglary 3rd (motor vehicle), and possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine, 1st Offense. Authorities transported Cooney to the Clarke County Jail.
March 30.
Creston Police arrested 18-year-old Adrian Michael Lillie, of Creston, at the intersection of Elm and Highway 34 on two Outside Agency Warrants. The First warrant is for Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana, 1st Offense. The second warrant is for possession of drug paraphernalia. Lillie was transported to the Union County Jail, where he posted a $1300 cash or surety bond.
