(Pottawattamie Co.) The Pottawattamie County Board of Supervisors approved a resolution on Tuesday supporting the naming of a bridge in honor of Matt Dickerson.
A request from Dickerson’s family has been received asking that the Pottawattamie County Board of Supervisors approve and support naming the bridge over Interstate 80 on 298th Street/L55 the Matt Dickerson Memorial Bridge.

Matt Dickerson was a tenured Iowa DOT employee who was struck and killed by a vehicle while on the job in 2024.
